Exerts
from the yearly hate crime reports regarding anti-white
racism :
- 2002
"The second case involved a mentally ill female offender
who verbally and Physically threatened the life of a doctor
while expressing prejudice against caucasians and Japanese."
"The other two cases occured on Maui in December
2002, and allegedly involved a group of male offenders
who, in separate and unprovoked incidents at beach parks,
severely two caucasian men, critically injuring one of
them. The offenders purportedly stated that it was "their
beach" and they were "taking it back" (Honolulu
Star buletin, 1/17/03). These cases are currently under
investigation, and the extent to which a bias against
race, homelessness, or some combination of both played
a role in the attacks must be determined."
- 2003
"One Hate crime was reported in the Hawaii program
in 2003. In this Case, a 45-year-old Black Male, who is
a non-U.S citizen with a state criminal history of 162
arrests and 68 convictions (including 16 arrest, 3 convictions,
and two pending cases for felonies) was charged with Harassment
(HRS §711-1106) for verbally abusing and threatening
a customer who was standing in line at a Honolulu grocery
store. The Harassment prominently featured the use of
anti-white racial epithets. The offender was additionnally
charged with Promoting a Detrimental Drug in the Third
Degree (HRS §712-1249) The case was disposed eleven
months later via a suspended sentence following a plea
of no contest."
